different browsers effect SE position?

Hello friends.

I have one question for all of you.. I am promoting few keywords for my site. for one particular keyword i am getting no 1 position in google in Internet Explorer & for the same keyword i am getting no 5th position in google when i am checking it in Mozilla firefox

I didn't understand why is this huge difference..If anyone has any idea about this please share your views here..

browsers cannot affect your SERPs but in SE like Google, your way of searching the web can affect your SERPS. to see your rankings you can use https://adwords.google.com/d/AdPreview
