One of the reasons people build websites that get no traffic is because they write pages with information THEY want to put out there. Instead of writing about what searchers are looking for.

If searchers aren't looking for what you're writing about, you'll never be found.

So if you want to get traffic, you need to research keywords then write lots of pages that are keyword focused.

These days, you must tie that in with writing original, high-quality useful pages as well. Google has changed things and dull, rehashed content won't work anymore.
