Re: How to solve any business related problems?

1.
Step 1

The first step of the SWOTT analysis is to identify your company's strengths. For example, one of the strengths of my company is that since we are family-owned, we are all motivated and take a personal interest in it.
2.
Step 2

The second step of the SWOTT analysis is to acknowledge your company's weaknesses. For example, one of the weaknesses of my company is that, even though we are family-owned, small disagreements about business find their way into our personal/familial lives.

Note: If you are encountering difficulties in identifying your company's strengths and weaknesses, you could place a suggestion box in the employees' lounge. Most probably would be more than happy to identify employee-related issues, especially if done anonymously. Other areas that you need to look at include financial and public perception.
3.
Step 3

The third step of the SWOTT analysis is to seek opportunities. Is your company keeping abreast of the trends that could lead to other opportunities? Do you read articles and journals related to your field?
4.
Step 4

The fourth step of the SWOTT analysis is to be aware of threats. Your company may be thriving now, but have you identified your competitors. Do you know what it takes to remain competitive in your field?
5.
Step 5

The fifth step of the SWOTT analysis is to keep abreast of trends. This step is related to the third step, opportunity. In sum, keeping abreast of trends lead to more opportunities.

Re: How to solve any business related problems?

Hello Friends,
Running a business and ignoring or having inadequate accounting software is like building a house on top of a bonfire and not bothering to fit a fire alarm. Many small businesses run into difficulties sooner or later, it is a fact of business life. Timing and how those crises are dealt with are critical to both the success and in some cases survival of the business.Important as self employed business usually dispense with regular presentations of the financial psoition and the ensuing discussion. Considering the financial state of a business is a critical area that is so often missed from the management of a small business.Every business has to prepare a set of financial accounts. Those financial accounts may be produced manually or using financial accounting software. The main objective of producing the accounts is all too often to satisfy taxation requirements and not the financial control and management of the business.
Thank.

Re: How to solve any business related problems?

These are often unusual problems you've never have had to deal with before. How do you handle these problems? By making use of a process called creative insight. The skills you can develop with training will enable you to come up with resourceful, ingenious solutions to problems you often have to face in business.
Not only will "creative insight" help you solve your business problems, the special techniques could help you deal with many difficulties in other areas of your life!
What exactly is creative insight? It is the ability to use one's imagination to connect unrelated objects by looking at them from a new and different perspective.
There are a number of techniques you can master that will help you develop this skill.
One technique you will find very effective is the 'WHAT IF" approach.
The following is an excellent example of this "what if" approach that can be used to stimulate creative imagination. Even though you have probably heard it before, I believe it is worth while repeating.
A huge truck, laden with goods is forced to stop when it comes to a tunnel too low to allow it to pass through. Although the difference in height is only a few inches, it is impossible for the truck to enter the tunnel. The driver and assistants stand around, helplessly, scratching their heads, wondering what course of action to take.

Re: How to solve any business related problems?

1.Understand that when people in the workplace communicate with each other, they need to make sure that the other person understands what they are hearing. This way, nobody will be able to say, "Oh, I misunderstood" or "Well, no one told me that." When interacting with others, it is often helpful to repeat the key points that you want them to remember.
2.Remember that everyone should always be direct and truthful. Don't imply or exaggerate anything you say; instead be respectful, truthful and direct so that you aren't misunderstood.
3.Have company meetings during which everyone discusses the points made in Steps 1 and 2. The first part of solving workplace problems is prevention--eliminate problems before they begin. Designate a supervisor or supervisors who are responsible for helping people solve problems in the workplace. Next, make it clear that at any time an employee is having a problem, they can visit with these people for help.
4.Solve problems among employees when they arise. First, identify the problem and the facts surrounding it. Second, identify the size and importance of the problem. This might be something with an easy solution. On the other hand, it may be a recurring problem that needs quite a bit of time and attention to solve.
5.Identify the best way to solve the problem. Discuss acceptable solutions to the problems and decide which one is the best. Next, determine the actions needed to reach that solution. You may need to have further meetings, mediation between employees or, in extreme situations, legal action.
