You need to formulate a strategy for this, you cannot go and meet every body in person, it is a waste of time, but you need to meet them who are interested to hear more about your business. first define your target market. whom are you targeting. in this case, as you said charitable organisations. create a data base,collect addresses and phone number email ids etc of all the charitable organisations in your city/town, you can get this information through internet, local directories, churches and other local contacts. Then you need to generate leads, you can promote your business through net and advertisements at the same time you need to contact charitable organizations through email, phone or anyother means available. All may not be interested in your service, then why would you waste your time in meeting all of them. when you contact them through mail, phone, chat etc. you can come out with a list of people who are interested, then take appointments and meet them to close the deal.
