Has Anyone Used Craygo? Is it worth it for small scale marketing campaigns (like posting an ad 1x/day).

I have never used it but I do know that it is an old program. It is from a couple years ago and I doubt it still works. Craigslist has surely implemented some sort of prevention for automated posting software.
