I have been looking to understand what CRM system (if any) do small businesses tend to use.
There are a huge range of solutions out there - simple lists to comprehensive CRM systems.
What is the acceptable cost and what functionality is really important?

For CRM functionality there are several things can be depending on them it can be provide a huge range for solutions it is one of the simplest comprehensive for CRM systems.

The only CRM tools am conversant with are the sorts of Hubspot, Freshwork and Click-up.
