The one thing this may impact is your website analytics. There are ways with most analytic software to exclude your IP address from the results. This is something I'd recommend doing as it will seem as though you have many more visits to your site than you actually do.

You really should, especially if you have it on your own server or are the main admin of your site - just in case there's something wrong with it you'll know straight away
