It could mean a lot of things:

  • even though it is relevant to your niche, is it not a marketing keyword (sample are inquiry keywords)
  • your products or services needs some price adjusting
  • people don't like your brand
  • your content needs improvement
  • your competitor is better than you
  • your products and services are off season
