I've used NetOjects Fusion, Front Page, Notepad, Dreamweaver, visual studio.Net and a bunch of others but I like Dreamweaver the best.

I have in use ConTEXT to create and modify html, php, css.
Photoshop for styling.

Wordpress is by far my most favorite platform to develop with. It's flexible, fast, and ro****. It can make even a novice look like a pro.

I recommend Microsoft FrontPage. If you're familiar with Word,
FrontPage will make a lot of sense to you.
