It is one of the tools that I can really say that is not really having that much success or not much users are using it (except for spammers or usually the same kind). I'd say that it is one of those attempts from Google to dominate services such as social networking and bookmarking. Very like the other failed services they launched such as the google wave etc.

Google Buzz means talking face to face chat. Google Buzz or talk to someone you know. In my opinion that for the bulk of Google's so faceless due to lack of support on a large scale. It was a privacy issue when Buzz was launched.
