1.Title Appearance – Does your keyword appear early on in your title tag?

Since they will be used as titles as well in rankings, make sure that it will be descriptive as well for the visitors to actually click them

2.Web Page Appearance – Does your keyword appear early on in your web page? You want it to appear above the fold.

Remember the keywords but don't overdo it. Create content for the users and not the search engines

3.Page Check – See what pages are currently indexed by typing site

or use webmasters tools from google to see which of them are indexed. you can even see the errors and some SEO suggestions from google in this tool for your pages.

4.Code Maintenance – Don’t block the robots from indexing your pages and put all code in separate files and call on them.

W3C compliance definitely is a must.

5.Internal Link Bait – Link respective keywords to appropriate pages within your site so you have a strong internal links.

a good internal linking can be good for the crawlers and visitors. the 3 click rule for the visitors will work with good navigation and linking.

The above listed tips is really good to make good page rank but according to me one thing remaining which is information,if you make page with relevant and natural language information then it also makes good impact in the rank for page.
