Keywords are an important allotment of architecture your website. When Google crawls your website it is important that your Keyword Body is in the adequate percent range. Calculating Keyword body is easy, calculation the absolute bulk of words in your column and bisect by that number.

On my opinion keyword density should have to be 2 to 3 Percent.

Keyword density simply means the percentage that keywords appear in the content compared with the rest of the text. In general, it is also an indicator rather useless for SEO. I would not bother building a script of what you would be better to focus on other metrics.

Keyword density is simply a indicator to that is count percentage how many times your keyword appear on the same page. And also I would like to say that too much keyword density is not good for your site because it's against of search engine rules.

Keyword density is defined as the percentage of the total number of times the main target keyword(s) appears on the web page compared to the total number of words on the web page.
Keyword density (%) = (total number of times the main target keyword(s) appears on the web page / total number of words on the web page) * 100

Keyword density is a ratio, how many times you use your keywords in your webpage. It is standard 3%-5%. If you use more then it, it will come in keyword stuffing and it is a Black Hat SEO technique. Search Engines are not allow to use it. If your website use more then limit, your website will penalize or ban.
