I have suggested you to use the Dreamweaver.

Dreamweaver is useful for easy to create jump menus, pop up windows, swap images. It's completely interactive for you. In Dreamweaver you can see both the code and the design itself. Dreamweaver is more useful in the Design Process because ready templates are available.

Using the Dreamweaver you can Managing and updating websites effectively, Easy to upload using FTP.

That's why I have suggested Dreamweaver.

For the beginner Dreamweaver is the best to create a website and web-design because in Dreamweaver we can drag the control from the menu and we need not to write any coding for the control so Dreamweaver is the best for the begineer.

I started with Dreamweaver and simulataneoulsy i was learning PHP so all togther both of them were quite usefull for me, as when i used to work with dreamwaever i was able to understand the code!

For the beginner Dream Weaver is the Best for create a website. In Dreamweaver many PHP library is already embedded. and you can see your web design layout simultaneously.
