Well, I wouldn't know what your niche is but here are some tools you can use to check blogs that you want to comment into at:
Use boolean:
type in search engine: "keyword site:blogspot.com"
Use search engine:
google.com/blogsearch
dofollow.radpixels.com/

You can also try other blogging platforms(typepad.com, wordpress.com, hubpages.com and a lot more) by changing the "blogspot.com" in the boolean tag given by Johnywalter.
