Here are some of my tips if you have flash in your site:
be descriptive for your meta tags in your pages
if possible, embed the flash into HTML pages and use regular text links on the page
Add HTML text if possible
add textual representations of what is in the flash using noembed tags
don't include everything in flash. break content if possible in different html text or pages
