Health Insurance Dilemma.?

My girlfriend just graduated college. She currently has health insurance through her parents but won't be able to have that for too much longer.

In the last 8 months she has had two episodes of atrial fibrillation which required trips to the emergency room. Both times they fixed the problem and sent her home. She is on no medications. She took aspirin for a few months but the doctors said she doesn't need it anymore.

What should she do about health insurance. She is really worried about this. The doctors believe that worrying may have contributed to her other episodes.

For the record, she has no other problems. Her heart is in perfect condition other than that. Her blood pressure is low and she has above average fitness.

What are her options?

She has a job that does not offer health insurance. She is looking real hard for one but can't find any.

How much would health insurance cost her?

Re: Health Insurance Dilemma.?

If you can find a good health insurance plan then it is better for you to have a easy going life, otherwise their is always a worry about the medication and other bills.

Yikes, I'm so sorry to read about your girlfriend! I hope she gets better.

Health insurance varies per provider and the premium depends on numerous factors. Have you tried looking around for health insurance quotes?

Re: Health Insurance Dilemma.?

I think she should go for Medicare D plan..That would be useful for her....Also this plan is pocket friendly..
