Now there are many library which is sell different types of book. if you are started to book selling business so that's follow to some rules and regulation. We are not sell copyrighted book without the author permission.

there are so many type of books in the library or book store,and it published by the writer or book publication, normally we allow to sell any book who published by the other or the publication, otherwise we are not allow to sell 'copyrighted' book without the author's permission.

Yes, this is definitely illegal to sell a copyrighted book without the author's permission. if you are selling a content from a particular book in your personal book than you have to take permission of Book author or give credit to the Book Author.
