Hi,
I am starting a small outsourcing business in New York. Can someone give me a complete list of free advertisements sources which is online? How can I promote the small business with out paying for the marketing?

The only way to promote your small business is by creating your own personal site. Then try to drive traffic to that site using search engine optimization. There is not many places that will offer free advertising. Everyone likes to charge in order to make money. Try using a site that focuses on creating personal sites for people. Use their engine to create your site and then start promoting. It is what I have done for my small business. Hope this helps.
