Added value of a social business network

Hello everybody,

I recently started as an intern for 3D Clip. A Dutch company which is developing a "social business network".

My company creates an online space for customers and all of their partners. These websites are an addition the the website that companies already have.
All members of a community can create a profile, add news and easily create/ upload video's, 3D-animations and slideshows.

In short my company sells a private social business network with an integrated video-tool as unique selling point.

I believe in the power of the concept. But for developing a market strategy I can certainly use some input about:

- What do you consider the most important added value in a social business network?

- How do you feel about the function of creating business video's on a website?

All help will be greatly appreciated (It's pretty tough material for a trainee :o)
