seeking small business partner in Germany

I wonder if anybody here knows of somebody in Germany who is looking for a small business opportunity, so that I can expand my export operations.
I am looking for a new partner that can speak German. An interest in military subjects and a knowledge of eBay would also be useful, but not essential. Basically the deal would be selling small but high margin collectibles on eBay. I already have a number of successful partners in the US that can provide useful references, but have recently sourced a large amount of german and scandnavian language stock that is not so suitable for the US. Part time is fine, and I predict an income of 50 to 100 euros per day depending on time invested.
