A friend of ours has a franchise and she said that the franchisor is not providing her any support and she asked if she had any recourse - I said I would try to find out any suggestions?

You really have to take the time to look at the UFOC usually there is not much that you can do. One thing that you may want to consider is to get a group of you together and approach the franchisor and threaten to withhold royalty payments
