Whos name do I put the business under?

I'm starting a new computer technology business and my wife is going to run the shop. I have a full time job that I plan on keeping for the pay and benefits. I was wondering whos name I should put the business under, mine our hers? I was planning on a sole proprietorship with maybe converting to an LLC later if the business does well. My wife and I are both divorced parents and both have children from the previous marriage and will be filing taxes separately. My first thought was to just put the business under my name but then I'm concerned it may put me in a higher tax bracket.

Any thoughts are welcome and appreciated.
