Investors needed for western time share idea

I have found 5000 acres of land and am looking for investors to develop a time share involving the western theme. It will consist of log cabins, small town, horse back riding, hiking, snowmobiling, fishing, ect. Based on a 6 to 8 mil. investment with 25 to 30 mil. total return.

Sounds good, but are you sure that you'll see a $30 million return? Resorts would get investors, maybe you should look into that too, just something to think about.
If you do get some funding, say 5-10 million from investors and need another 5-10 million, post another message, and I'll help you find some additional funding. Good luck in your ventures.

Can anyone advise about Dubai Property Investment?

Hi

Appreciate that this is a little off topic (to say the least!), I apologise but I am wondering if anyone here can help me. I am currently looking at opportunities concerning Dubai property for sale . I've heard an awful lot about this recently. Just wondered if anybody here has bought anything out there and can comment good or bad. Look forward to your thoughts,

Thanks

James

Dubai is suppose to be beautiful although I have never been there I would like to go there some day. There is a thread on a forum that you maybe interested in:

There is risk associated with buying overseas my suggestion is to find property in the US where you think will go up in value

I agree there are always places that are closer to home that you know well. As Peter Lynch the great Fidelity Mutual Fund Manager has said invest in what you know in. It is also a guidline that Warren Buffet follows.
