Outsourcing refers to a company that contracts with another company to provide services that might otherwise be performed by in-house employees. Many large companies now outsource jobs such as call center services, e-mail services, and payroll. These jobs are handled by separate companies that specialize in each service, and are often located overseas.

There are many reasons that companies outsource various jobs, but the most prominent advantage seems to be the fact that it often saves money. Many of the companies that provide outsourcing services are able to do the work for considerably less money, as they don't have to provide benefits to their workers and have fewer overhead expenses to worry about.

Re: What is Outsourcing?

Hi All,

Outsourcing is a deal between two or more companies in which one provides service for the other. It's a trend which is rapidly influencing the business processes and emerging as a part of it. Outsourcing repetitive tasks to service providers saves time and money thus outsourcing companies can concentrate on more complex and core task.

Thanks

Re: What is Outsourcing?

In my own opinion, outsourcing refers to some institution that contracts with an extra institution to provide options that may otherwise be carried out by in-house employees. instead a few large companies now outsource careers for example phone center services, e-mail services, and payroll. These careers are handled by separate companies that specialize in every one service, and have a tendency to be situated overseas.

Re: What is Outsourcing?

Outsourcing is the right choice because its cheaper, it helps you to get you business more competitive.
A centralized system isn't effective!

I would make an paralel here:
- capitalism is all about outsourcing
- communism is all centralized ad is the opposite of outsourcing.

Wich one is more economically profitable?...
