Hello friends

# What training will be given? Is advanced training available - and at what cost?
# Does the company have a proven business model - through time, other successful stores, and thorough training? Is the company's staff available for questions and help when needed?
# What materials and supplies do you have to buy from them?
# If you are starting a new business - will the company help you select a location, get employees, and possibly even help you lease equipment?
# Are there royalties to be paid and how are they determined?
# Is there any flexibility in product offerings?
# What marketing will the company do for you?
# Under what circumstances can a franchisee's contract become terminated? Is there a time period available in which to correct problems before being terminated?
# Does the franchise agreement run out? If so, can it be renewed?
# What are the procedures for settling differences?
# Will you be given an exclusive territory?

Thanks for sharing us...........

Re: what is mining tax?

The mining tax is better known as the resource super profits tax, or in abbreviated form as RSPT. This implies that any profit made by mining companies that is above 6% of their capital investment would be taxed at 40%, and all royalties that's presently paid to the states would be rebated. Hope that this clears the term.

Re: what is mining tax?

And the fact remains that if labor is re-elected and it is desperately short of money it will alter the tax to get more money. We will get the usual poly waffle of spin. How much longer do we have too listen to this trash.

Re: what is mining tax?

I understand that the little people involved with mining feel threatened, because they are being threatened. But that threat is not coming from the government. It is coming from the mining corporations who are making billions of dollars. Their opposition to the tax is an opposition to not making as many billions of dollars. Holding employees over a barrel with threats of job losses and pay cuts is despicable.
