Does anyone have any advice about doing mailers inhouse or using an outside agency to do it for me?

Regardless if you do them in house or externally make sure they are presorted you can save a significant amount if they are - my vote is always to outsource these tasks if they are not part of your core competancy it distracts from other things that you could be doing and they can do it more effeciently and effectively.

As one who has been sold a fraudulent business before I second the need to be cautious all you have to do is look at all of the claims of how much you can expect to make - most of time you never get close to the figure
