Considering new business - looking for feedback

Hi - I'm considering a new business service.

I've had a fair amount of experience launching US brands in Europe and then managing and growing the international selling network / brand building. Everything from retailer / distributor account management to PR.

I'm considering offering this as a service to small and medium-sized companies. This issue is, I don't see too many people asking and talking about how to expand outside the US.

I'd love to know - are there people here who are currently selling outside the US or would like to? If so, what do you consider the biggest obstacles to starting or increasing your international sales?

That would help me develop some ideas for how to help overcome those obstacles.
