The effect of PPC advertising lasts only as long as you pay for it. As soon as you stop paying for AdWords, your ads no longer show up and you have no traffic coming in.

SEO effect lasts longer. Even if you stop adding content and building links for example, your website will still show up in search results (though the rankings might drop) and bring in traffic.

SEO if u doing ur self it is free, and they don`t need money ppc need money when money is finish ur add is finish so that free seo is good

The cost of PPC for Google, Bing and Yahoo is very expensive. Plus, more people click on natural search results anyway.

Its not had a big difference..The PPC vs SEO debate will probably continue for a long time. However, the vast majority of businesses could benefit from some combination of SEO and PPC. The ideal proportion of PPC to SEO for any particular advertiser will probably vary over time, as competitors and products change. Smart marketers understand that SEO and PPC are complementary and neither one is "better" than the other.

Nice Discussing about SEO marketing is better than PPC advertising i really like reading all reply, i personally think SEO marketing is better than PPC advertising because in SEO there are more chances to convert your traffic to an inquiry but in PPC i don't think you can convert your traffic to and inquiry, and i think ppc traffic is not so useful but seo marketing can help you to increase your business.

SEO is much better than PPC advertising, because SEO is for long term and its free , we don't have to pay for placing our link, we can but its not necessary... But PPC is totally paid

SEO marketing gives you life long result but PPC gives short term , when you stops to pay them your campaign will stop. so your visitors will stop. but if you use both technique then definitely you will be in top 10 result on search engine.
