Well, I think you should go with Dreamweaver because it's the best and only tool for web designers, application developers and visual designers of all levels. It is also by far one of the industry's top leading web authoring tools on the market today.

To create a website you should use Dreamweaver for HTML coding. For layout purpose you have to use photoshop..

Adobe Photoshop , Adove Dream Weaver and Adobe Flash , Coral Dram and adobe Illustrator..

Hi... in web designing both softwares are used. First for designing you have to use Photoshop and for creating website Dreamweaver is used.

I mostly use following tools:
1. Photoshop
2. Firebug
3. CSS editor

I am not a designer and can use Photoshop a little for image editing, But in my honest opinion I still prefer my Good old Corel Draw 12. I Still have it in my system and works quite well. I never tried to upgrade it. but I have always found it much easier and effective than Photoshop

Corel Draw is great software but latest Photoshop is the best for editing photos.
