You might have seen many discussions regarding linking wheel and its benefits in Seo. You may also hear about its disadvantages and google's view of making the websites as spam with excessive use of Link Wheel. Here are some thoughts to create link wheel which can get you the best result.
The basically link wheel is considered to be a circle in which sites passed link juice ( link weight ) to other sites in round whether it is next site or previous sites in circle in short last sites passed its link weight to the first site in circle.
Generally with this concept, people used to build links without creating the content which requires to implement good link wheel with turns to positive effect. So they just create a link structure without relevancy of the content on all the sites which have been used in the wheel.
So to create a good link wheel, you need to focus on writing one main part Let say " web design tutorial " or " Seo tutorials " and divide the main content to sequence of parts that are going to be added to all the sites used in link wheel and then create links between these parts which is going to be considered natural because of their relevancy.
So if you will follow this way, google and other search engine will take it positively without considering as spam.

Link wheel is old strategy but its still very effective. Link wheels are effective if used along with other techniques. The purpose of the link wheel is to give the links that point directly to your site more link juice. Therefore, you get more boost value to the links that point to you.

as on my knowledge It helps noobs visualize a backlink structure, but there are far better ways to do link schemes that produce better results for much less work.
