Keyword stuffing is the way to manually place search queries AKA (keywords) into the blog.  Generally,  keyword stuffing is hated by Google.  So it's important to write a blog in a way that looks natural as possible.

Keyword stuffing is a search engine optimization technique, considered webspam or spamdexing, in which keywords are loaded into a web page's meta tags, visible content, or backlink anchor text in an attempt to gain an unfair rank advantage in search engines.

Keyword stuffing is the excessive use of certain words or phrases in web content, which aims to manipulate the site’s rankings in search engines.
