Pros:
1. no cost.
2. No commitment
Cons:
1.limited use eg. bandwidth, file space
2.Not as reliable as a paid service.
Paid Hosting
Pros:
1. most times unlimited bandwidth and file space
2. 99.9% up time guarantee on most hosts
3. More reliable servers as hosts have more money to invest in keeping their servers up to date
4. More features to use with tracking ect.
Overall you could choose to host either way but my thought is you get what you pay for so why risk the reputation of your website for the price of less the $5 a day for most paid hosts. So how important is your website to you?

We offer free hosting with a domain registration. Its a full featured account with email. There is a small text ad at the top of the page. The plan is very popular - many people don't find the ad obtrusive. Of course for a business you will want the ad-free version.
