I have problems with paypal
I hope you could help me with this one.When Im transacting with other sites paypal keep on asking my cc.but the fact to the matter is I dont have cc.But they say paypal balance is as good as cash how true is this?
I used paypal because I dont have cc.Is there anyway I could purchase without cc?Please help me with this one..thanks!
I also planning paypal theirmerchant feature.But if I dont have cc then how could I get my money from paypal acc?

You will need a credit card or bank account to use paypal. They will work with bank account only if you wish. Once you have it set up, it is easy to transfer money into or out of your paypal account and into your bank account. They pay a good interest rate on money you keep in your account. Not all website accept paypal if you are buying online, but it works very well on websites that do accept paypal.
