Well I am using a range of techniques for generating back links but as I have to create quality links I am always submitting website with unique and informative content and submit it in niche websites which have high page rank

I wouldn't really agree on this two link building strategy to be quality techniques. 1st. directory submission pages are filled with tons of other websites, chances of you getting a good link juice from it is very low. plus, Google already stopped using those kinds of site. 2nd. if I had a site and I receive any kind of link exchange, I probably would treat it as spam. if I would link a site in my page it is going to be because it is going to be useful for my customer and not to trade links. those who asks for link exchange probably has very low authority sites.
