Hello all, new to the forums here quiet a bunch of useful info!
I just registered a s-corp for my business that is not yet in operation. I probably won't have a store front lease for another 10 months. (will be working on earning capital in the mean time)
Do I have to do minutes every month while i'm not actually in business? I just want make sure I don't loose my corporation status. (What do I have to do to make sure it stays active until I'm actually in business)
Details much appreciated!
