Is Social Media ROI Unmeasurable?
I have heard about this but i am not getting correct solution for that.. So Plz help me out...

Social media is definitely measurable. Do you have analytics set up? Can you see the referral traffic? Sources for conversions? Google Analytics makes it really easy to now determine what social sites are helping drive ROI.

Are you active on social sites? It's important to be listening to your customers - and with all of the new sites out there you may be missing out on opportunities. Check out this blog post from Salesforce. It hits the nail on the head.
