In the series of launching new features in Google Adwords, re marketing is one of the useful feature which can make a good impact on the conversion of the website.
In this feature, you can display ads to users who have already visited your website previously either by search engine or by Paid traffic and display relevant ads on a specific group of website on display network. There may be less chance of direct purchase of your products at first visit and this feature would keep reminding users about your brand name.
If you track accurately on the quality of the visits from the website in the display network, it can turn out to be good feature which you should integrate in to marketing. What's your opinion?

If in the visitors first visit they did not buy any of your products and services, then it could mean you need to make some changes (like how you price your items vs. your competitors). If you consider that, then this service "re marketing" can be a good idea but if you just stick to what your pages has to offer, chances of getting any good ROI out of it is still low.
