First of all click on add widgets and than in that you will find HTML?JavaScript menu clock on that and paste your script over there. hope it work for you. Thank you.

You should follow this step Login to your blogger account and click "Layout" than click "Add a Page Element". A window will popup. Here you have option to add javascript. Click "HTML/JavaScript"
