According to my knowledge from Quality forum posting and atrticle, blog and directory submission is best way to get good backlinks. but first you need to good quality in all these because if you have good quality then you get good traffic, and heavy traffic means get good backlinks and good PR as well. social bookmarking also best option for getting backlinks.
