Do you currently have a website? Your hosting provider should have provided you with instructions for uploading your files. Have you ever done this? Maybe you have always had a webmaster do this stuff for you? Please explain more details of what you are needing to do.

Basically if you have a website it is hosted somewhere. You would ftp your updated files to that space and replace current files.
