I have just found post on the Google blog. To get small businesses online in India Google is giving free websites to Indians. They just need to pay for domain registration fees and the rest of things like hosting and website builder are free. The main reason for this is maybe it may want to spread awareness of advertisement in India and giving away free website can encourage small business owners to take part in advertisement and get real benefit for their business through Adword and other paid advertisement.

sounds great..if it is true then its very good very news...Every small business will going to create websites..then it will going big scenario of websites in India..
