Here I'm sharing One Of The Main Tips With You
Instead of sending out a generic email, take time to customize your template to reflect the colors, fonts and other branding elements of your business. Using the same email template for your messages will help the recipient recognize your company and generate feelings of trust.

You’ll also want to provide a plain text version that contains the same message but is stripped of all special formatting for recipients using email clients that cannot view messages in HTML. And don’t forget to test out your final template in multiple email clients to make sure it looks how you want it to across the board.

Re: E-Markting Tips

Hi

Tip #4 Small sample trial

Test specific designs across different email browsers to ensure cross compatibility. If you're sending 10000 emails in total then test 1000 for bounce rate.

Tip #3 Measure your success (or failure)

1% or 2% is the norm from permission based Email Marketing campaigns. Learn from your failures. Was your design unsuitable for the target market. Were your company colours used for maximum effect and brand awareness? Did you use too much text? Inappropriate images? Is your data quality? What percentage of your emails were opened? What percentage even reached a valid email address? All of this can and should be measured to track the marketing campaign's success.

Tip #2 Targeted prospects

Don't send email to just anyone. You've gone to the trouble of targeting a particular market so stick with that market. If you are purchasing data is the best to purchase only what you need. You wouldn't go into a supermarket and buy every type of fruit and vegetables if you onyl eat apples, bananas, kiwis and cabbage would you? So don't buy all data that is available. This is not only expensive but is also inefficient and more of a hit and miss approx. Your Email Marketing campaign must be realistic and managable depending on your resources.

Tip #1 Legal

Adhere to the Email Marketing laws of your country. You should make yourself very familiar with Permission Based Email Marketing (try Googling the term). If your email marketing campaign is international then research and keep up to date with the particular law of the destination country. Specific country laws are outside the scope of this article but feel free to contact us with any queries.

Thanks

Re: E-Markting Tips

Email marketing is an extremely cost-effective marketing tool and when used properly, can catapult your sales to new levels. Whether your business is found solely online or is a mom-and-pop store whose greatest technology is the thirty-year-old cash register, your business can benefit from email marketing. In this age of high technology, you can use email almost as an automated marketing staff member. Email can be used to turn those with no interest in your product into prospects, prospects into customers, and then follow-up with customers x number of days after a purchase, helping them become a repeat customer.

Re: E-Markting Tips

You always have a means for recipients to Unsubscribe to your emails. These should go to a separate email address. Be aware of which emails designs are working and which are not. Test specific designs across different email browsers to ensure cross compatibility.

Re: E-Markting Tips

Hi

E-marketing is decreasing in usefulness due to spam, fear of viruses and sheer volume. However, your efforts can be more effective by using these tips:

The best application for e-mail marketing is to communicate with existing customers/prospects rather than troll for new prospects. Spamming is a no-no.

Understand how to use search engines effectively, but do not pay for preferred position.

Never use rich media (audio and/or video) within the e-mail—link to a rich media web page.

Keep the e-mail short—no more than one screen and never include an attachment. Link to pages on your web site to give them more information.

Don't look like a spammer—keep your tone friendly and informative. Avoid overblown (hyped) language.

Thanks

Re: E-Markting Tips

Hi,
If you are sending non-newsletter email blasts, stick to one primary message for each email sent out.The more information you pack into an email, the higher the chance the recipient’s eyes will glaze over and they will reach for delete.Keep it to one focus point and put it right in the subject and first lines of the message to make it easier for those just skimming to absorb your message.Email newsletters are expected to provide bits and pieces of several messages, so this tip doesn’t really apply to newsletters.

Re: E-Markting Tips

Almost everyone uses it and the whole world of business marketing company wants to have access to email. It is also very cheap and easily integrated into existing marketing systems. But all the media is one where it is critical that you have explicit permission.
