For increase website's PR and traffic you must be lacking in quality number of backlinks with the help of off page submission like the article, social bookmarking, blog, forum etc. Use high PR and do follow directories.

Aside from getting quality backlinks to your site, add meta tags to your pages and make sure they accurately describe your content. Also be sure to update your content as often as possible.
