Keyword density means usage of keyword or phrases in a web page which should be 3 to 5 % of the total number of words on the page.
Keyword proximity means the distance as measured within the keywords and phrases generate other related keywords without repetition.

Keyword density means number of time keyword & keyword phase repeat in whole website.

Keyword Proximity means closeness between two keywords For EX :- Rama is a Good Boy => Really Rama is a Good Boy.

Keyword density means how much the keyword is used in a particular page. This numerical number should not increase 5. Keyword Proximity is the space between the two keywords.
