Re: Craigslist

We have had pretty good luck with it the only thing I would have to say about it is that it takes a long time to post on multiple cities just because of their local approach

Re: Craigslist

We have found that it is an excellent resource for finding help but a terrible resource for selling services

Our experience has been the same.

Re: Craigslist

Craigslist is a centralized network of online communities, featuring free online classified advertisements – with jobs, internships, housing, personals, erotic services, for sale/barter/wanted, services, community, gigs, résumés, and pets categories – and forums on various topics.

Re: Craigslist

Craigslist has changed things around. It is difficult to make post that stick if you aren't able to change your IP address.

Re: Craigslist and limo business

I still think that Craigslist is a great way to spread word about your services (such as mine: limousine business in Chicago) if you target local communities.

Of course, they changed the number of postings you might have at the same time but that's only to get rid of spammers. Good Job and Craigslist is a way go at least in my Chicago Limousine business.

Re: Craigslist

I don't think it renders some remarkable results. Facebook promotion can give you a far better result than craigslist.

Re: Craigslist

Don't you people go to facebook for social life updates only? Why would someone go to facebook in search of services?

Re: Craigslist

We have a few leads come in each week from craigs list, our service is local in nature so it fits in with the craiglist concept. Kijiji is another great site for local based businesses.
