Right now Facebook is the giant social networking site. But now its time to move on Google+ because of:
1. Integration with Google Services
Google has build Google+ social networking features and tools into almost all of its existing online services from Search to Documents to Video (YouTube).It is a great integration.
2. Better Friend Management
Though Facebook has Group feature to let you form a add hoc group of friends. But it is pretty new. Where as Google has the "Circles" concept which is bedrock of the Google+ platform.It lets you to make friend in real life.
3. Better Mobile App
Google uses the Andriod technology to make Google+ mobile app more easier and more functional.Where as Facebook's mobile app is looking nice but it is little clunky to use.
4. Easier to Find Stuff to Share
Google+ has the Spark feature which uses the Google search engine to enable its users to share an instant and relevant information with their friends. On the other hand Facebook has no search engine to help its user to share the latest stuffs.
5. You Can Get Your Data Back
In facebook sometimes you are forced to make your certain personal data 'public'. There is no option to withdraw your data back. Where as Google implements a tool known as “Data Liberation” to pick up the data you have in Google+. You can download data from your Picasa Web Albums, Google profile, Google+ stream, Buzz and contacts with the help of few clicks.
6. Better Photo Tagging
On the privacy aspect of photo tagging Google warn you by notifying “Adding this tag will notify the person you have tagged. They will be able to view the photo and the related album.” But Facebook has no such effort to warn its User.
7. Strong Group Chat Features
Google+ has Facebook beat in the area of chat. Forming ad hoc group video chats using the Hangouts feature in Google+ is easy, and forming ad hoc groups for a little chat seems like a natural and fun thing to do in a social networking setting. Similarly, the new Huddle mobile app makes it easy for mobile (Android) users to start up group text chats. Facebook simply doesn't offer these tools.
8. Safer Content Sharing
Google+ has the Advantage when you share any thing or upload any image, Google+ gives you choices of which friend circles you’d like to share that content with.
9. Google Is a Better Steward of Your Personal Data
As Facebook is a young, and it is a fast moving company that has proved itself to be cavalier in its movements, lacking in respect for user data privacy, and accident prone. Google on the other hand, is a far more mature company that is seen as more trustworthy than Facebook.

I've noticed a real big surge of people moving over from Facebook to Google+.
I was really surprised to start with as people are pretty skeptical of new networks.
So I guess the only reason I can think of is that people are comfortable with the Google brand and they have a lot of stuff with Google already.
It will be interesting to see how this all pans out.

While Google+ has definitely shown great potential as it it is still to early to tell how it will be when it's open to the public, I don't think however that people will leave FB as of yet to to switch over to Google. People are familiar with FB and have come to rely on it for many different things. Yes there are privacy issues that many people don't like but a lot of it can be controlled if you know your way around the privacy settings. Let's not forget either that FB has it's eye on what Google+ has to offer and you can be assured that they are working around the clock to make sure they still are on top of the social g**e. I do think people will have use both as there will be platforms that wil make it easier to juggle both accounts instead of running from one to the next constantly.

I think no one join the Google+ insted of the face book.Face book is the best social network site.New generation mostly use this site.On this site we can share photos,video,status.

Almondthomas. I have watched the trend to shift from facebook to google+. It may be a hike of a new thing but Google+ is giving a tough competition to Facebook.....

This seems really nice of google+ so we can start using from now onwords . I want to know that also there any option of online gaming concept? because I love to play multiplayer with my friends.

May be it is possible because all knows about the power of Google, I think no one can commit on this but they just wait for this because it is going to tough competition between two internet kings. I think it's time to get ready for facebook.

Not excatly, Facebook Like button he expects that his Social Media traffic will be increased. On the other hand when he adopts the +1 buttons, he should expect to receive more organic traffic.

Friends, Now Google+ has officially launched. I am sure It has got a huge response. Now its time for Google+, Facebook is now going to get a tough competition. Also Facebook has started to change its features, added new feature to make it more enjoyable. So both the social giant are fighting to make themselves best. We the user, Lets take the advantages of it....!!!
