Annual Report?

I have a couple of products that sell pretty good and have a reasonably high payout per sale, and I'm trying to find more affiliates for the product.

I'm using ClickBank and an in-house program (they are seperate), but I haven't really found a good, effective way to advertise the affiliate program.

I've seen some "affiliate directories", and even listed my program on a few, but they mostly seem to highlight their own programs and do little to promote the affiliates listed there.

Are there any good, effective directories or sites that I can list my affiliate program with? Or are there any services that hand-submit to hundreds of affiliate directories?

In our first year of business as a Pennsylvania LLC we had an attorney on retainer. The retainer ran out before our first anniversary, so we need to do our own annual minutes (we could not afford to hire her for another year). It is almost a month later and it is still not done. Today I was online and found some information on the annual report, which has to be filed. What is the difference between the minutes and the report, and how much time do we have to get it (or both) done? And what are the ramifications if I procrastinate too much longer? 😮

Re: Annual Report?

There are variouse state and local requirements for the filing of the annual report. Here is an example of NC regulations:

Q: When are my corporation’s annual reports due?

A: Beginning Jan. 1, 1998, annual reports for business corporations must be delivered with a $20.00 fee to the N.C. Department of Revenue, ( www.dor.state.nc.us/DOR/), each year by the due date for filing your corporation’s income and franchise tax returns. (Corporations are required to deliver their annual report to the Department of Revenue by the 15th day of the third month following the close of their fiscal year. Thus, for corporations with fiscal years ending December 31st , annual reports are due March 15th .) You will still be required to file your company’s annual report on time. Failure to do so may result in dissolution of your corporation or revocation of your Certificate of Authority.

You have to check with your particular state to find out there deadlines but I suspect it is very similar. Regarding your question on annual report vs minutes, the annual report is essentially the a summary of the business year most of the report is financially related. The minutes record the meetings of the board.

Re: Annual Report?

Thank you Ace, that information was very helpful. I will look into PA's guidelines on when the annual report is due.
