Here are the 10 points to optimize the website as below.
1. Be clear and targeted the website is the front door to your business.
2. Treat each page of your site as a separate entity.
3. Keywords are not just single words.
4. Each page deserves a title.
5. Every picture is another opportunity.
6. Links coming to you are important, but be careful where they come from.
7. People like simplicity.
8. Analytics and AdWords.
9. Blogs and forums.
10. Have a professional do the work.

Analysis the site
check keywords
check content of all site, IF found duplicate then remove it
Check your site keywords ranking
Start on page and off page site
create meta and promote site
xml and rss must have on site
create analytic tool and adword for site
submit your site to search engine
directory, bookmarking, article, forums submit your site
