All of the hard work we put into the firm is rewarded - unlike in a corporate world

I like having control over my time and spending more time with my family.

Making the final decision. Knowing that I make the choices. I don't have to get approval from anyone else. If I have a great idea or vision, I can do my research and implement what needs to be done. As a small business, I believe it is our greatest asset. Immense flexibility.

#1 is not having anyone tell you what to do or when to do it! I also enjoy the ownership of the product and service compared to just "working" for someone.

Being able to shape and create my vision for the company and accepting the successes and failures

My time is more flexible and I am able to spend more time with my children. And also, noone to tell me what to do and what not to do!
