A good idea I would recommend would be to start a youtube channel, share some valuable information over there then combine that with a book your selling and make some serious cash.

I think it really depends on the local market. For example, here we don't really have anybody who does "coffee to go" service, so that could be an untapped market for somebody with that business idea.
